The station is a step forward within Rompetrol Bulgaria’s ambitious development program

Rompetrol is opening officially its fully rebranded station on Lomsko Shosse Boulevard in Sofia, executed within the modern HEI concept including gastro section.

Mr. Temirtay Izbastin, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan was the official guest of the inauguration event.

“Kazakhstan attaches great importance to strengthening the economic cooperation between our countries. In this regard I am happy to see that tangible results have already been achieved by Rompetrol”, highlighted H.E. Mr. Izbastin in his speech.

“Rompetrol Bulgaria is implementing its ambitious development plan with full speed in 2017. Our program includes extensive and intensive development –increasing the number of fuel stations within our network in the country, while progressively rebranding the existing sites to give next level customer experience.

Within the last 2 years, we have invested more than 5.5 million BGN in the development projects. Following the strategy of KMGI Group, we have already rebranded externally almost 50% of the gas stations network and in 2017 we have opened 2 new sites – in Sunny beach and recently in Asenovgrad which were constructed according to the new gas station concept of the Group,” said Mr. Zhanibek Nugertayev, General Manager of Rompetrol Bulgaria EAD.

The development program includes active expansion and modernization within the next years. As part of KMGI Group, Rompetrol Bulgaria aims at full rebranding of the network within the following 2 years while increasing the number of fuel stations in a solid pace.

“We strive at giving more customers the opportunity to enjoy the high quality of services in Rompetrol sites across the country. This is why we are actively developing the network and aiming to reach a market share of 12% within the next 5 years.” added Mr. Nugertayev.

Rompetrol Bulgaria is placing special focus on the quality across the whole value chain presented to Bulgarian customer. The first-class Efix brand fuels are well known on the market for their unmatched performance. The products were designed with an optimum combination of additives and active compounds assuring not only the cleaning of the valves and injectors, but also fuel consumption reduction and an increase in engine performance.

In the same time Rompetrol is now putting strong focus on customer service to work for constant improvement of the level of customer satisfaction and the quality of customer experience with the brand.
